You don't have to be a "fast runner" to join my race team for RunTheBluegrass Half-Marathon on March 31 at Keeneland in Lexington. Joggers and fast walkers are welcome! We also have a relay option. By signing up for my run team, part of your registration fee goes to local prostate cancer awareness and education, you get a 2nd, different race shirt, and an autographed book from our race expo speaker, Danny Abshire of Newton Running out of Boulder, CO.
